Detailed Description

Generate and return .true. if the input scalar strings are equal (non-lexically), otherwise, return .false..

The procedures of this generic interface return .true. if and only if,

  1. the two input scalar strings have the same value and length type parameter, or
  2. the length of at least one of the input strings is 1 and each character of the other string equals the input string with the length of 1.

The functionality of this generic interface is equivalent to the Fortran intrinsic all() for array entities.

Parameters
[in]str1: The input scalar character of kind any supported by the processor (e.g., SK, SKA, SKD , or SKU) of arbitrary length type parameter.
[in]str2: The input scalar character of the same kind as str1 of arbitrary length type parameter.
Returns
allEqual : The output scalar logical of default kind LK that is .true. if and only if,
  1. the two input scalar strings have the same value and length type parameter, or
  2. the length of at least one of the input strings is 1 and each character of the other string equals the input string with the length of 1.
